All transitions to the Desktop view should default to centering the screen horizontally

When you first launch VD, your PC desktop appears in front of you. However, when you switch from VR streaming to the desktop view, the desktop screen stays wherever you left it. This means that every single time you switch between the VR view and the desktop view, you have to track down your screen by turning IRL in place, or hold the right menu button to recenter. Both of those options kinda suck. It would be better if the screen always appeared in front of you after that transition.
This is different from the head lock option, which has the screen constantly moving to stay in front of you. I want the screen to stay in position, but for that position to be in front of you after the transition to the desktop view. PSVR 2 does this exact same thing, except it goes further and centers the screen to your HMD in X, Y, and Z orientation, sometimes putting the screen above or below you. For this feature, the screen should remain in place vertically, but moved to be in front of you horizontally. The same behavior as when initially connecting, except repeated every time you switch back to that view.
This is because if I am in the desktop view, I never want to not be looking at the desktop, and the amount of time it takes to correct the view after the switch adds up over time.

100%, but have a toggle between the new and old behavior
