When people are in the unsupported regions or when the servers are not available due to no internet or server problems, allow users to actively choose the offline mode to skip the server checks so they can save the more than 30 seconds of waiting to see and connect their local computers.

Users in supported regions may have this issue when they are traveling.

Users in unsupported regions could be huge because they would disguise themselves using VPNs so they might have already been your customers.

And this isn't really a tough request for significant changes since VD already has the passive offline mode built-in if the Internet is down.

Personally situation:

I have a Quest3 VD and a PC wired to the router with Ethernet. I'm in an unsupported region where the servers VD queries are not available. So I have a VPN to make them work.

My computer will show up and be connected in seconds.

But the VPN will affect the streaming and produce lags or stutters. So I would prefer to run VD without a VPN on. But the "checking servers" takes a long time to timeout to let me use my local computer. (from 30 seconds to minutes)
